U.S ORDERS: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags. In the case of a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Email: service@vlokup.com with the subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and add your name and order number to the email body. The Order ID can be found on your initial email receipt.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.
If you return your items after 60 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Exchanges are not offered. We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed to avoid multiple charges on your card.

Ring sling is for baby between 10 - 40 lbs.
Water ring sling is for baby between 8 - 30 lbs.
