Refund policy

U.S ORDERS: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags. In the case of a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Email: service@vlokup.com with the subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and add your name and order number to the email body. The Order ID can be found on your initial email receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
