Refund policy

U.S. orders

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all original tags.

Email service@vlokup.com with “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line and include your name and order number. Please contact us before sending an item so we can confirm the applicable return instructions.

For a standard return, return shipping costs are not reimbursed, and any original shipping charge paid for the order is not reimbursed. We will inspect returned items and process eligible refunds within 3 business days after receiving the return. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account after a refund is issued depends on your payment provider.

Orders outside the United States

Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for a return or exchange, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email service@vlokup.com with your order number and details so we can review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
