Fulfillment and tracking

We use international fulfillment arrangements, and an order may ship from outside the United States.

If tracking is available for your shipment, we provide it in a shipping confirmation or follow-up update. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and local delivery conditions can affect delivery times. If you have not received an expected update, contact us with your order number.
