Vlokup warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase. Does not include normal wear and tear, fabric fading, common slubs, nubs, or damage to the sling from outside forces. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product.
U.S ORDERS: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging with all original tags. In the case of a refund or exchange, the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Email: service@vlokup.com with the subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and add your name and order number to the email body. The Order ID can be found on your initial email receipt. In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made. Refund will be given once the item is received by Vlokup. Please allow several weeks for Vlokup to refund your credit card upon receipt. Vlokup is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier. For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Vlokup is not responsible for any injuries or death that may occur while using the sling. Please learn and follow our tutorials and safety tips. Please use common sense before and while using the sling. If you see any defects or abnormal wear and tear, please inform us immediately at service@vlokup.com. Vlokup is currently compliant with The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
General Safety recommendations. Please be sure to read and understand all safety recommendations and information in the Vlokup instructions manual that comes with your purchase.
The sling should not be worn;
Never place more than one baby in the sling. Never Use/wear more than one carrier at a time. Do not use the sling in any body of water.
Do not Use sling while engaging in activities such as cooking and cleaning that involve a heat source or exposure to chemicals.
Ensure that baby is periodically repositioned. The sling is not a safety seat; do not use in moving vehicles.
Do not overdress baby as your body heat may make baby very warm.
Do not use your sling when there is a chance that baby may reach for or be exposed to dangerous items.
Do not tighten your sling so much that baby’s breathing could be restricted.
